Já há algum tempo que a Manela, uma das minhas queridas leitoras me fez chegar o link de um treino que  ela segue, e que tem tido grandes resultados. O melhor, segundo ela, e eu concordo, é que os vídeos estão todos alojados num site, e não há confusão. Gosto daqueles vídeos de motivação, pena é serem em inglês e para quem não domina o idioma é uma barreira, mas nada que nos impeça de treinar.

 

Este programa foi criado pelo instrutor de celebridades Nicky Holender, e promete excelentes resultados, desde que seja feito com determinação e foco na alimentação. São oito semanas de treino intenso, seis dias por semana e um de descanso.

Dia 01 - Challenge Officially Begins - Watch your Day 1 motivation video and then do HIIT workout FIRE.
